Boot Fitting for Alpine and Backcountry Boots

More appointment availability will be made available after November 4th. We are doing in house and outside training during the month of October.

We strongly encourage you to make an appointment in advance to ensure availability. We do strive to accommodate everyone who walks into our store; if all our boot fitters are working with other customers when you arrive, we’ll help you make an appointment for a later time.

Boot Fitting Appointment Information

  • Full boot fitting service takes approximately 2-½ hours.
  • Please schedule a separate appointment for every individual needing a boot fitting service. 
  • We also offer a “couples” service, which schedules a 4-hour time slot for two people to be fitted at the same time.
  • For parties of three or more, please make separate single or couples appointments.
  • Cross-country boot fittings do not require appointments. Come on in!

Appointment & Service Fees

  • There is a $200 service fee per appointment. 
  • You will be billed $50 at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
  • At your appointment, that deposit will be applied to the service fee.

Cancellation

  • Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
  • Within 24 hours, you may reschedule your appointment; we’ll simply apply your deposit to your new appointment time.
  • We regret that we cannot refund booking fees for cancellations made on the day of your appointment. We encourage you to reschedule your appointment instead.

Ski Service

Appointments are no longer needed – come on in! At the time of drop-off:

  • Per our policy, you must bring both boots for service that requires a binding test.
  • If we’re going to replace existing bindings, let us know at drop-off if you would like your old bindings returned.
  • We will only keep replaced bindings for 7 days after pickup. Thank you for your understanding.

Rentals

  • Please select the Rental Service category to make your appointment.
  • Reservations are not required but they are recommended, as it will help us better prepare for your arrival.
  • Please make an appointment for each person in your party.
