Appointments

• Full boot fitting service takes approximately 2-½ hours.
• Please schedule a separate appointment for each person being fitted.
• We also offer a “couples” service, which schedules a 4-hour time slot for two people to be fitted at the same time.
• For parties of three or more, please make separate single or couples appointments.
• Cross-country boot fittings do not require appointments. Come on in!

• The cost for a full boot fit service is the price of the boots plus $400, which covers the following:
  • Labor: $200
    This flat fee covers our labor for a full boot fitting up to 2-½ hours.
  • Custom Footbed: $200
    We require custom insoles in order to offer our comfort fit guarantee. If you have a custom footbed that we deem functionally sufficient we will use that, and the additional $200 will not be charged.

• We charge a $50 deposit when you reserve your boot fitting appointment and apply it as a credit toward your total boot fitting fee at checkout.
• Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
• Within 24 hours, you may reschedule your appointment and we’ll apply your deposit to your new appointment time.
• We regret that we cannot refund booking fees for cancellations made on the day of your appointment. We encourage you to reschedule your appointment instead.

Ski Service

• Appointments are not necessary for ski service drop-off.
• You must bring both boots for any service that requires a binding test.
• If we’re going to replace existing bindings, let us know at drop-off if you would like your old bindings returned.
• We will only keep replaced bindings for 7 days after pickup.
• Please check in online before your arrival to save you time in the shop.

Rentals

• Reservations are recommended so we can better prepare for your arrival.
• Select the Rental Service option below, and make an appointment for each person in your party.
• To speed up the rental process, please check in online in advance.
• Appointments are not needed for rental returns.
